It may not come as a surprise to many that know me that I have decided to run for Florida House State Representative. For fifteen years, my professional life has been dedicated to increasing local control and citizen oversite over our neighborhoods and communities.

In this time of declining revenues and increased demand for government services, such as unemployment compensation and Medicaid funding, I am able to lend my expertise to guide Florida toward greater implementation of cost-savings and efficiency measures.  

I am encouraged by the support I have already received and I look forward to the months ahead and to the August 24, 2010 primary election. Your continued support is a strong statement about the direction you believe Florida should take.
